Greenish
Co-founder and President
Patrick is an international telecommunications
executive with 20 years experience in both established
corporate and entrepreneurial environments. His positions
in the industry include: President and Founder of Televista,
Inc., an international wholesale company, Vice President
of Business Development, Intermedia Communications,
President of Capital Network Systems, Vice President
AMNEX, Vice President Federal Express, Director of International
Relations, Europe, and Corporate Attorney, MCI International.

John Payne
Principal Investor
John Payne currently serves as the
Non Executive Chairman of Petroleum Communications,
Inc. (PetroCom). He acquired control of PetroCom in
1990 by forming a partnership and after a career of
increasingly greater challenges.
Kim Richards
Chief Financial Officer
Kim comes to us with over 26 years
of corporate financial experience. Kim's experience
includes SEC financial reporting, development of business
plans, private placements, budgeting, financial control
systems, forecasting and decision support tools, product
pricing, contract negotiation and conducting due diligence
during company acquisitions.
During the last 2 years Ms. Richards
served as a Vice President and CFO of Healthcare Quality
Solutions, Inc., a software development company in the
healthcare industry directing the company through bankruptcy
to placement into a public shell. 
Michael
Maizels
Director of Strategic Planning
and Carrier Relations
Michael Maizels brings more then 10 years
of industry experience. He had developed and implemented
the new business strategy which resulted in the introduction
of LCI International to Emerging Markets and the creation
multiple in-language call centers nationwide and an
extensive direct sales force throughout the country.
After the merger of Qwest and LCI, Michael continued
to work as a National Sales manager at Qwest, responsible
for International consumer sales, and later in the International
